The Opportunity

We have an exciting career opportunity for an Employee Relations Representative to leverage your strong investigation, performance management, and employee relations knowledge and skills, as well as data analytics and program management capabilities. You will provide a wide range of ER support to our global employee client-base in a key role on a people-focused ER team. You will work closely with our high-performing global ER team, People Business Partners, In-House Employment Counsel, Compliance, and other stakeholders to uphold our Core Values and Culture Principles.

You will report to the Employee Relations Director, a seasoned leader who values open communication, professional development, and a strong work ethic. The role offers remote work flexibility, with optional office visits. Nutanix promotes work-life balance, emphasizing results over face time.

The role may require occasional travel to other Nutanix offices or events, which is beneficial for relationship building and understanding different work environments within the company.

Your Role

1. Conduct workplace investigations independently or with guidance, including interviews, findings, documentation, and remediation recommendations.
2. Partner with People Business Partners, Legal, Benefits, and other stakeholders to manage routine employee relations matters such as LOAs, immigration, mediation, and performance management.
3. Interpret and apply Nutanix’s policies, Core Values, and Code of Business Conduct to workplace concerns.
4. Serve as an ER Data SME, designing, implementing, and maintaining case management tools, dashboards, and reports.
5. Analyze ER data for metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
6. Develop and implement ER process improvements based on best practices.
7. Support ER/HR training through presentation design and delivery.
8. Contribute to special projects like ER system implementation, affirmative action reporting, and training.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with interest in employee relations or employment law.
• Minimum 3 years HR or related experience.
• Experience as a HR Generalist, ER Analyst, or similar, especially in tech.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights.
• Strong critical thinking and productivity skills.
• Knowledge of corrective action, investigations, labor laws, leaves, and accommodations.
• Experience with data analytics tools, ER case management platforms (ServiceNow, HR Acuity), and Tableau preferred.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Resourcefulness and quick thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Outlook, Google Docs, Workday, Zoom.
• Experience with large meetings/webinars setup in Zoom.
• Experience in Global ER partnerships is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.

The salary range is USD $83,840 to $168,120 annually, with potential additional benefits such as bonuses, stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
