  3. Interpret and apply Nutanix’s policies, Core Values, and Code of Business Conduct to workplace concerns.
  4. Serve as an ER Data Subject Matter Expert, designing, implementing, and maintaining case management tools, dashboards, and reports.
  5. Analyze ER data to identify trends, report metrics, and recommend process improvements.
  6. Implement ER process improvements based on best practices, deploying them within the global ER team and to stakeholders.
  7. Support ER/HR training through presentations and enablement sessions.
  8. Contribute to special projects such as ER system implementations, affirmative action reporting, and training delivery.

**What You Will Bring**

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with interest or emphasis in employee relations or employment law.
  • At least 3 years HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience as a HR Generalist, ER Analyst, or similar in the tech industry is highly desired.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights.
  • Strong critical thinking skills related to end-to-end processes.
  • High productivity and quality output.
  • Knowledge of corrective action, investigative best practices, and labor laws.
  • Understanding of labor laws, immigration, leaves of absence, and accommodations is highly desirable.
  • 1-2 years experience creating data analytics tools, analyzing data, and reporting, with familiarity with ER case management platforms (ServiceNow, HR Acuity) and Tableau preferred.
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills.
  • Resourcefulness and quick thinking in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Outlook, Google Docs, Workday, Zoom.
  • Experience setting up large meetings/webinars via Zoom, including polls and breakout rooms, is highly desired.
  • Experience in Global ER Partnership is preferred and will be developed in this role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • This position can be hybrid or remote.

The salary range at start is USD $83,840 to $168,120 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors like location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, financial, and other perks, including 401(k), paid time off, and discretionary awards. Details will be provided upon offer.

This is an at-will employment position. The company reserves the right to modify salary and benefits at any time. The application deadline is 40 days from posting, but the role may be filled or extended earlier.
