Qualifications

• Experience using Workday or an equivalent HRIS to document cases and support HR processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee matters, documenting, and supporting appropriate resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders, including summaries and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on workplace concerns and culture.
• Partner with supervisors to promote engagement, accountability and positive relationships.
• Coach leaders on communication, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct timely investigations and provide action planning.
• Advise on policies, disciplinary practices, and consistent application of standards.
• Develop training programs and policy guidance to strengthen leadership capability.
• Identify trends and propose practical improvements for compliance and effectiveness.
• Support change management and guide employees through policy changes.
• Maintain confidential employee records using Workday or equivalent.
• Flex schedule to support off-shift employees and urgent matters.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
