You will maintain payroll data, handle inquiries, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interviewing and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for non-exempt positions; collaborate with managers to understand required skills.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Conduct Exit Interviews.
• Enter and maintain payroll information including hours, rates, deductions, and leave.
• Counsel and guide employees to assist and mediate work-related situations.
• Present New Hire Induction and Orientation to acclimate new employees and strengthen culture.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
