Job summary

3LS Solutions seeks an Employee Relations Manager to support the Director and Assistant Director of HR & Payroll in coordinating HR-related processes. You will be a trusted partner to leadership, helping to manage employee relations, policies, and programs within the Omni Family of Services.

Ideal candidates bring trauma competence and at least a couple of years’ HR experience, plus a GED or high school diploma and preferred HR education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Two years’ HR experience at a large organization is preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and Assistant Director of HR & Payroll in coordinating all HR-related employee relations processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve employee relations and HR practices.
• Foster a healthy work environment and guide teams through change.
