Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Manager of Team Member Relations to ensure fair treatment of all employees and consistent policy application across the property. You will interpret policies, mediate conflicts, coach leaders, and oversee grievances and arbitrations as the subject matter expert on the Culinary CBA.

You will partner with property leaders to conduct investigations, manage the Board of Review process, and drive organizational health through leadership coaching and action plans

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Employee Relations/HR
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (Title VII, EEO, ADA, FLSA)
• Ability to counsel, coach, and mediate conflicts
• Experience with policy development and training

Responsibilities

• Investigate team member issues and grievances
• Manage Board of Review processes
• Interpret and apply company policies; ensure policy consistency
• Partner with leaders on organizational health assessments
• Oversee exit interviews and culture improvement actions
• Handle layoffs using Decker method
