The position is on-site at multiple manufacturing facilities with a required hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). A strong HR background and substantial ER experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree with 2+ years ER experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years ER experience.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years ER experience.
• HS diploma with 10+ years ER experience.
• Preferred: strong HR background with 4+ years of Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations guidance on performance management, disciplinary action, and workplace conflicts.
• Participate in termination discussions and corrective actions.
• Conduct thorough, impartial HR investigations with confidentiality.
• Analyze accommodation requests, leaves of absence, and return-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliant ER practices.
• Track and update ER cases in the case management system.
• Assist in implementing ER process improvements and training.
• Deliver training on HR policies and investigations.
