• Provides guidance on attendance, performance, or behavior requiring action.
• Serves as liaison to obtain information or arrange meetings with personnel.
• Assists in training on company policies and procedures.
• Creates and presents various reports and presentations.
• Assists with administrative tasks and compliance with safety policies.
