Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a Team Relations Specialist to act as a liaison for Team Members, handling concerns and escalating issues to appropriate action. The role includes recommending solutions and helping resolve workplace conflicts, potentially involving investigations.

The position requires encouraging a positive environment, ensuring fair treatment, and supporting management in addressing performance or behavior concerns. Production floor presence is expected with office support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive and address Team Member concerns and escalate as needed.
• Assist with resolving Team Members' concerns and gauge morale daily.
• Ensure policy application is consistent through audits and investigations.
• Provide guidance to management on performance or behavior requiring corrective action.
• Create and present presentations and reports as requested.
• Coordinate and attend meetings and provide documented reports.
