Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Team Relations Specialist to liaison with Team Members, address concerns and escalate issues as needed. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, improving workplace morale, and ensuring fair treatment per company policy.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and knowledge of employment laws, with duties spanning training, audits, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4+ years experience in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct legally defensible investigations leading to a resolution of employee complaints.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures and ensure fair and consistent administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional behavior and demeanor, creating a positive working environment and leading by example.
• Assists in resolving Team Member concerns and gauges morale daily.
• Communicates issues to the Team Relations Manager on a daily basis.
• Ensures uniform application of policies through audits and investigations, escalating issues as needed.
• Advocates fair treatment of all Team Members per policy.
• Guides management on addressing attendance, performance or behavior requiring corrective action.
• Serves as liaison to obtain information or arrange meetings with personnel.
• Assists in training Team Members and Management on policies and procedures.
• Creates and presents presentations and reports as requested.
• Assists with administrative tasks.
• Adheres to and interprets MNAe policy, including training.
• Promotes safety in the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.
