Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–7 years HR or employee relations experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and engagement practices.
• Strong investigation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues including conduct, policy violations, performance, attendance and workplace behavior.
• Conduct impartial, timely, and well-documented investigations with findings and recommendations.
• Guide managers on progressive discipline, corrective actions, PIPs, and documentation standards.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Support rollout of engagement surveys and listening sessions.
• Recommend action plans to address engagement gaps and concerns.
• Coach leaders on behaviors promoting engagement, trust, accountability, and inclusion.
• Assist with terminations and other employment actions ensuring compliant outcomes.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and report trends.
