Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Human Resources professional to join the Employment Center. You will serve as a central contact for HR functions, delivering guest-focused service to every applicant and team member while supporting recruitment, employment processes and HR operations with professionalism and discretion.

This role requires 1–2 years HR Generalist experience, fluency in English (bilingual preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain

Qualifications

• One to two years of HR Generalist experience preferred, with Employment area proficiency.
• English literacy and fluency; bilingual preferred.
• Ability to type 50 words per minute.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for the HR Employment Center.
• Provide guest-focused customer service to applicants and team members.
• Support recruitment, employment processes, and HR operations.
• Organize and plan team member events.
• Assist with Training, FMLA/Risk, HRIS, and Benefits as required.
