Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years ER experience acceptable in lieu.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HR-related degree preferred (Bachelor/Associate).
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in casino/hospitality environments preferred.
• Must be computer literate; MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and advising to management on ER policies.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and evolving laws.
• Partner with HR to develop high performance teams.
• Conduct investigations on employee issues, including harassment and discrimination.
• Conduct termination meetings for managers and below.
• Plan and coordinate Team Member events; administer exit interviews.
