Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with an HRIS; Paycom preferred.
• Strong software and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, support, and engagement.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, stay interviews, focus groups, and exit interviews.
• Support performance evaluations, 90‑day reviews, and performance concerns.
• Assist with disciplinary actions and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Maintain employee records, personnel action forms, and HR policies.
• Support mentorship, training, and staff development programs.
• Partner with Accounting & Finance on payroll, budgeting, and position management.
• Assist with audits, unemployment hearings, and HR data integrity.
