Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong hands-on payroll experience required
• Paycom experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of payroll practices and employment regulations
• HRIS experience and strong systems aptitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential employee information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Handle payroll changes, deductions, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and employee updates
• Maintain employee records and HRIS/payroll data
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire documentation
• Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment
• Assist with employee relations and HR compliance matters
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Prepare payroll and HR reports as needed
• Partner with management on day-to-day HR initiatives and employee needs
