Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in the southeastern United States is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage and maintain positive relationships with employees at our Asheboro, NC sites.

You will act as the frontline liaison for complaints, provide guidance on policies, and coordinate open enrollment and training opportunities. Travel to sites as needed; bilingual Spanish is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial intake liaison for employee complaints.
• Handle routine labor relations inquiries on policies and procedures.
• Refer complex matters to management or HR.
• Promote upcoming events, learning opportunities, and open enrollment.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO laws and HR regulations.
• Spend most of the workday in front of employees.
