Qualifications

• Experience in handling employee relations inquiries and policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Willing to travel within sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
• Address routine labor relations inquiries related to company policies and procedures.
• Refer complex matters to HR or management.
• Promote awareness of events, learning opportunities, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO, affirmative action, and related regulations.
• Spend majority of time in front of employees to support their needs.
