Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

What You'll Do
