Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (required).
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or a related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, performance management, and employment law.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders to address employee concerns and support positive employee experience.
• Assist with corrective action processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to improve workplace culture and engagement.
• Support initiatives that promote inclusion, accountability, respect, and workforce stability.
• Serve as a resource for employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
