HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide local HR support, guide staff to the correct HR resources, and assist the HR Business Partner team with information gathering. You will help maintain hiring processes, coordinate orientations, and support compliance and learning activities.
You will also assist with benefits enrollment, employee engagement, and salary planning input as part of an HR team at the hospital.

As a Human Resources Coordinator you will give local HR support to employees and be the face of the HR office. You will guide employees seeking HR transactional support to the correct self-service portal and/or the HR service center. You will support the HR Business Partner team and managers in collecting and coordinating information. You will help in local tasks which cannot be completed by the HR service center.
