Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in employee relations preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, and federal and/or state employment law.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer the corrective action process ensuring compliance with policies and laws affecting employees.
• Coordinate with management and set goals for all areas of employee relations.
• Counsel employees, managers and groups to facilitate problem resolution.
• Conduct investigations as it relates to discrimination and harassment complaints.
• Coach departments leadership on training and development of staff.
