Telecare is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to engage with employees and leaders, ensuring an equitable, inclusive, and respectful workplace. Responsibilities include responding to employee concerns, conducting workplace investigations, managing medical accommodations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Expected starting wage range is $82,353.30 - $101,712.50, with geographic pay differentials. Starting pay depends on relevant experience and location.
Remote, LA area, with up to 15% travel required.
