Job Description: Employee Relations Specialist

Telecare is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to engage with employees and leaders, ensuring an equitable, inclusive, and respectful workplace. Responsibilities include responding to employee concerns, conducting workplace investigations, managing medical accommodations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires handling sensitive employment situations with confidentiality and engaging with employees at all organizational levels.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | Days | Shifts/Hours vary as needed

Compensation:

Expected starting wage range is $82,353.30 - $101,712.50, with geographic pay differentials. Starting pay depends on relevant experience and location.

Location:

Remote, LA area, with up to 15% travel required.

Qualifications (Must Have):
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, with five (5) years' HR experience, including one (1) year in labor relations.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues autonomously.
  • Must be fingerprinted and cleared by the Department of Justice.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of post-offer physical, TB test, criminal background checks, and other regulatory requirements.
  • If driving is required, valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and willingness to use personal vehicle for work-related travel.
