Reach is seeking an experienced employee relations professional to champion complex ER cases from intake to resolution. You will guide leaders through organisational design, restructures, and tribunals, while ensuring robust stakeholder engagement and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

The role supports confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations, contributing to an inclusive environment across Reach's 120+ brands.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven track record in managing complex, sensitive ER caseloads in a dedicated advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation and experience with change programs, restructures, and tribunals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
