Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking an Advisor on the People & Culture team to provide essential HR support and promote effective organizational performance. You will deliver operational HR services and coach line managers on policy, legislation, and people management issues.

• Experience in a similar HR role.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR systems and ER case management.

Join the People & Culture team as an Advisor, providing essential HR support to promote effective organizational performance.

You will deliver operational transactional HR services, offering advice and coaching to line managers on policy, legislation, and people management issues.

Support with employee wellbeing, TUPE, change management, and implementation of new HR processes.

Lead on employment relations cases such as performance, absence, investigations, and probation reviews, serving as the first point of contact for informal processes.

Assist in developing and updating HR policies in line with legislation and best practices.

Create reports for management, support HR projects, and develop management information and analytics.

Coach line managers on HR procedures and ER matters, ensuring compliance and effective people management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and assist with complex casework.

Proficient in Excel and HR systems, with experience in managing ER cases and HR data input.

Qualifications Include

• Knowledge of HR systems and low-level ER case management
