Job summary

C&K Market Inc. is seeking a capable store supervisor to lead daily operations during assigned shifts, overseeing staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will manage cash handling, assist with ordering and scheduling, and mentor team members while supporting all departments. The role requires leadership, communication, and strong organizational skills, with varied evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or grocery supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy including tills, safe counts, and nightly deposits.
• Assist with ordering, scheduling, and basic store administration as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, LP standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, resolving issues as they arise.
• Support all departments as needed (Meat, Produce, Bakery/Deli, Grocery).
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
