Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise customer greetings; respond to questions and explain store policies.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for front-end staff with store manager approval.
• Ensure front-end safety rules are followed and hazards are reported.
• Oversee checkout, bagging, refunds, and returns; monitor and adjust express lanes.
• Maintain awareness of new products, policies, and procedures to prevent losses.
