Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise customers, respond to questions, explain store policies.
• Hire, discipline, promote, and evaluate front-end staff with store manager approval.
• Create weekly labor schedule for front-end employees.
• Ensure front-end safety and monitor service levels.
• Oversee checkout, bagging, and movement of purchases to customers’ cars.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and label accuracy.
