Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise the greeting of customers and explain store policies in a courteous manner.
• Develop weekly labor schedule for front-end employees with store manager approval.
• Oversee checkout operations and cash handling, including change, refunds, and voids.
• Ensure front-end safety, monitor service levels, and call for additional help when needed.
• Train and orient new front-end associates and provide retraining as necessary.
• Ensure proper bagging, product handling, and movement of purchases to the customer.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, coupons, and payment methods and ensure accurate transactions.
