Responsibilities

• Greet/supervise the greeting of customers and explain store policies in a courteous manner.
• Plan and approve weekly labor schedules for front-end staff.
• Monitor front-end service and call for additional help when needed.
• Oversee checkout operations, bagging, and handling of payments and refunds.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention measures are followed.
