Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedules, costs, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables.
• Determine staffing requirements and set project plans and schedules.
• Prepare bid package components and manage the CM bid process.
• Lead trade contractor relations and ensure delivery of project planning services.
• Oversee documentation related to contract, bulletins, field orders, and change orders.
• Assess client needs and coordinate with contracted trades to deliver services.
• Clarify expectations in written docs and during pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
