Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. keeps the yard running and the equipment rolling for customers who count on the right machine, in good shape, arriving on time.

You’ll work in the yard cleaning, servicing, and staging gear, and on other days drive a truck and trailer to job sites, always representing Rexco as an employee-owner. ESOP ownership, 3 weeks PTO to start (then unlimited PTO after 2 years), medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, and HSA/FSA options highlight our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling equipment or heavy loads.
• Knowledge of construction or rental equipment is helpful in this role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A willingness to work outdoors and get your hands dirty.
• A friendly, professional attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Run the yard: organize, stage, and prep equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, filters, tire checks.
• Deliver equipment: operate truck/trailer, secure loads, log reports.
