Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Parts Team Lead who will oversee a small team of Parts Specialists and manage the department from inventory to P&L. As an employee-owner, your results contribute to Rexco's ESOP and your stake in the company.

You'll coach, track metrics, and drive service quality while building relationships with customers and vendors. The role focuses on running a safe, efficient department and delivering rapid parts fulfillment to keep customers operating.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of parts, inventory, or related experience (equipment industry a plus).
• Experience leading people, or a strong desire to lead.
• Comfort with KPIs, budgets, and basic P&L.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team through coaching and regular one-on-ones.
• Run the department by managing inventory, purchasing, and budget.
• Own the numbers by tracking KPIs, gross margin, and other metrics.
• Build relationships with top accounts, vendors, and our Service team.
• Keep the parts area safe by maintaining organization and safety.

Lead a parts team, and own part of the company too.

When a customer's machine is down, your team finds the right part, gets it in fast, and gets them back to work. You'll run the parts department from the counter to the P&L and coach a small team, as an employee-owner whose results help grow your own stake in the company.

What You'll Do

• Lead your team. Supervise a small team of Parts Specialists through regular one‑on‑ones, coaching, and goal-setting.
• Run the department. Manage inventory, purchasing, and budget.
• Own the numbers. Track fill rate, gross margin, and other KPIs, and act when a metric slips.
• Build relationships. Manage top accounts, call on new customers, work with vendors, and partner with our Service team.
• Keep it safe. Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe.
