Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Construction Equipment Sales Representative to grow relationships with contractors, municipalities, and business owners by delivering equipment solutions that keep projects moving and businesses growing.

You will join an employee-owned team and have the opportunity to build a territory of your own while earning rewarding compensation. The role includes paid training, extensive product knowledge, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, rental, agriculture, trucking, industrial, manufacturing, or other B2B sales environments.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand their equipment and business needs.
• Recommend equipment and service solutions that help customers succeed.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing and delivery.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
• Represent Rexco at trade shows and customer events.
• Stay informed on equipment offerings, market trends, and competitor activity.
