Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. in Farley, IA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Farley operations. You will own the P&L, forecast finances, and drive branch KPIs while building a high-performing team.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership. You will oversee sales, service, parts, and rental, manage inventory and safety, and represent Rexco at events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience (a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Comfort with budgets and forecasting.
• Microsoft Office; business systems a plus.

Responsibilities

The Role
