Catamount Constructors, Inc. seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site activities, coordinate with Project Managers and Owners, and ensure projects meet stringent specifications. You will drive daily supervision, safety, and documentation while managing schedules and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or training with a general contractor, renovation/tenant improvement (ground-up helpful)
• High School Diploma or GED, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore; ability to learn internet tools

Responsibilities

• Onsite during all work activities to ensure the job meets or exceeds client expectations
• Maintain communication with Project Manager, sub-contractors, change orders, schedule, and back charges
• Create and adhere to a well-planned 3-week schedule and maintain a quality deficiency list
• Help the job stay on budget by managing cost expenditures and logs
• Lead pre-task safety meetings, post notices, and document safety warnings
• Document daily construction reports, RFI’s, and project photography
• Comply with Storm Water Prevention plan notifications
• Close-out duties like turnover matrix, as-built docs, and punch-lists
