Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• A passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold oneself and others accountable.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn every area of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance by directing store activities toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams through coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing feedback.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, ordering, inventory, pricing, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience by modeling personalized service and maintaining a welcoming store.
• Drive merchandising and promotions, leading displays that support gross profit goals.
• Build leadership capability across hiring, scheduling, retention, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Stay connected to the work by walking the store, identifying opportunities, and removing barriers.
