Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group seeks a Service Manager to lead daily service operations for heavy truck service facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s mission and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include directing service staff, coordinating with sales, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the facility. Prior leadership in a similar role is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and emergency related industry required.
• Proven track record of success and leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
