Qualifications

• Prior leadership and management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage in and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other company software.
• Must have advanced parts sourcing capabilities (special ordering, secondary sources, etc.).
• Ability to review and analyze reports (P&L).
• Ability to train team members and execute operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall sales goals and service objectives, while ensuring operational and inventory standards.
• Manage and grow commercial customer relationships.
• Delegation and follow up of daily functions while holding team members accountable.
• Manage team member hiring, scheduling, engagement, development, and performance expectations.
• Coach team members to deliver and exceed customer expectations (DIY and commercial).
• Enforce all company policies as defined in the SMEG Company Handbook.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities including offices.
• Always maintain a neat and professional personal appearance.
