Qualifications
- A bachelor's in civil engineering and a PE are required.
- 10+ years in site and land development design are required.
- Command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD is required.
- Someone who wants to be the resource the team leans on.
Responsibilities
- Lead site design from concept through construction documents on land-development and building projects.
- Design and direct stormwater management and utility systems.
- Prepare site permitting applications and supporting reports at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Issue documents for construction and stay on through construction administration.
- Mentor project staff and run internal quality reviews across disciplines.
