Keystone Distinction Group in the Greater Boston area seeks a senior civil engineer to serve as the technical anchor and mentor for younger staff. You will lead site design from concept through construction documents on land-development and building projects.

As an employee‑owned firm, you’ll mentor teammates, oversee internal quality reviews, and ensure permitting and construction administration are executed with excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a PE license.
• 10+ years in site and land development design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.
• Desire to serve as a technical mentor and team resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design from concept through construction documents.
• Design and direct stormwater and utility systems.
• Prepare permitting applications and supporting reports.
• Issue documents for construction and oversee construction administration.
• Mentor staff and lead internal cross-disciplinary reviews.
