Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction project execution by handling labor timekeeping, cost coding, document control, procurement coordination, and project administration. This role serves as a conduit between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting and compliant, on-schedule project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, construction administration, project controls, payroll/timekeeping, procurement, or document control.
• Experience processing labor timekeeping records, payroll support activities, cost coding, job costing, or workforce reporting.
• Experience with material purchasing, purchase order administration, inventory management, or vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review and process field labor timekeeping records and verify cost coding accuracy.
• Coordinate with field leadership to resolve discrepancies and support payroll and workforce reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records, and project files.
