Job summary

You will serve as a key link between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and organized records, contributing to on‑time project execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in project administration, coordination, controls, payroll/timekeeping, procurement, or document control.
• Experience processing labor timekeeping, payroll support, cost coding, job costing, or workforce reporting.
• Experience with material purchasing, PO administration, inventory, or vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review and process field labor timekeeping records and verify cost coding accuracy.
• Coordinate with field leadership to resolve discrepancies and support payroll and workforce reporting.
• Maintain project documentation: RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records, and project files.
• Assist with material purchasing, PO administration, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and project management system updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and project controls to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
