QPS Employment Group is hiring an On-Site Program Manager for our client in Racine, WI. This on-site role oversees the planning, implementation, and ongoing success of onsite operational and service plans, including staffing, training, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties in a busy work environment.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot/problem solve.
• Professional, confidential, and honest mannerisms.
• High level of integrity and commitment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily activity of onsite staff ensuring they deliver an excellent experience to the client and our Associate Employees.
• Selects, trains, and develops onsite staff through formal Training and Development Plans and regular one-on-ones to provide feedback.
• Develops strong rapport with client contacts, including client entertainment and events.
• Provides feedback to clients on areas of operational improvement and collaboration.
• Develops strategic service plans with the RVP for day-to-day operations and to lower attrition.
• Assists in onboarding requirements, orientations, and ongoing client feedback and safety program oversight.
• Travels to new onsite operations for strategic planning and mentorship of local staff.
• Performs a full range of managerial responsibilities including hiring, coaching, budgeting, and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
