Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Extensive experience in land development consulting.
- Proven track record leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Strong business development and seller-doer mentality.
- Experience winning and delivering land development projects.
- Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, utilities and permitting.
- Existing relationships within North Texas development community preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Land Development practice in the Celina market.
- Drive business development and strengthen relationships with developers and private-sector clients.
- Oversee project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor, develop, and recruit engineering talent.
- Ensure technical excellence, project profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership across disciplines to support growth in Texas.
