Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Extensive experience in land development consulting.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong business development and seller-doer mentality.
• Experience winning and delivering land development projects.
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, utilities and permitting.
• Existing relationships within North Texas development community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Land Development practice in the Celina market.
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships with developers and private-sector clients.
• Oversee project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor, develop, and recruit engineering talent.
• Ensure technical excellence, project profitability, and client satisfaction.

I'm partnered with a nationally recognised, employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm seeking a Practice Leader to help drive the continued expansion of their Land Development business in Celina and the surrounding North Texas market.
