Nooter/Eriksen, Inc. in Fenton, Missouri is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding and orientation, performance management initiatives, leave administration, and HR compliance.

This hybrid role partners with leaders to drive people initiatives, maintain HRIS and records, and ensure accurate job descriptions and documentation while traveling up to 10% as needed. You will collaborate with managers, administer Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, ADA), support recruitment,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Additional training in employment law, employee relations, or talent management is a plus.
• One to three years of Human Resources experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Support managers and employees with employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
• Administer Leave of Absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Short-Term Disability documentation.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, personnel files, and HR systems.
• Track and maintain employee training records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain job descriptions and job analyses.
• Coordinate employment-related paperwork and employee documentation.
• Partner with managers to establish measurable goals and performance expectations.
• Provide guidance related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), harassment prevention, and employment practices.
• Support Affirmative Action Program activities and annual vendor communications.
• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Travel up to 10% as business needs require.
