Web Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with the Denton plant’s business goals. This full-time role leverages HR programs to attract, develop, and retain talent while supporting ESOP initiatives.

The HRBP collaborates with leadership to drive workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and delivering value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and HR experience.
• 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Direct corporate and plant HR programs to meet current and future HR needs.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching, and counseling to leadership.
• Partner with Corporate HR to develop integrated HR solutions and policies.
• Lead salary administration, compensation planning, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance with laws.
