Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.
Basic math and computer skills

Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure goals are met
Perform inspection of first article and first piece inspections
Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to production
Record and report on quality issues
Support and contribute process improvement ideas
Troubleshoot and assist with the repair of issues as needed
Work with a variety of equipment and hand tools
Comprehend mechanical aptitude and abilities
Comprehend and read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
