Responsibilities

Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure quality goals are met.
Perform inspection of first article and first piece inspections.
Follow AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to production.
Record and report on quality issues.
Support and contribute process improvement ideas.
Troubleshoot and assist with the repair of issues as needed.
Work with a variety of equipment and hand tools.
Comprehend mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
