Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• Inspecting for gross damage, verifying part numbers, quantities, and documentation
• Using hand measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges
• Ensuring components are correctly installed, wired, and functioning properly
• Checking for FOD (Foreign Object Debris) presence
• Validating conformance to drawing requirements
• Reviewing test packages and qualification test reports
• Conducting pull testing and visual inspections
• Performing hardness checks on samples from production
• Reviewing Hi-pot, shock, and vibration tests
• Inspecting harnesses per IPC standards
• Verifying cable lengths

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on inspection experience with cables, harnesses, and mechanical parts
• Ability to interpret GD&T requirements and validate complex assemblies
• IPC 620 certification preferred
• Experience with hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Must meet U.S. export regulations criteria, including U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status
